Good Shepherd Youth Plan Summer Service Trips; Donations Accepted

This summer many of our youth are going on local, national, and global service trips with Young Episcopalians in Service. Summer service trips are an excellent way for our young people to expand their human experiences. To see a world much different from the one they live in. To learn about compassion, community, and the service we are called to as Christians.

Our middle schoolers will be learning about homelessness in Denver, and helping at places like St. Clares, and St. Francis center. The high schoolers will be helping to restore homes damaged by flooding in rural West Virginia. And our college age students will be volunteering at a children's school and orphanage in Tegucigalpa Honduras.

These wonderful trips come at a cost to our youth families. The youth are working hard to fundraise for these trips and could use your help!

If you would like to make a general donation towards our summer service trips you can write a check with "Youth missions" in the memo.

If you would like to sponsor one of the youth individually please contact me for more information!
Thank you very much!
