There is still time to join the Good Book Club and read Romans during Epiphany

Welcome to the Good Book Club! We invite you to explore Christ’s redeeming love by reading Paul’s Letter to the Romans each day throughout the season of Epiphany 2019. Join with tens of thousands of Episcopalians to learn about life in the early church and central principles of our Christian faith. The Good Book Club offers an opportunity to dive deeply into scripture and create a daily practice of engagement with God’s Word. It’s easy to join the Good Book Club: Just open your Bible and start!

Each Sunday during Epiphany Sunday morning’s Faith Forum will be devoted to a discussion of the selections from the prior week. Individual groups are encouraged to add a brief component to any of their regular meetings with a bit of reflection on Romans. We’ll be making use of Good Shepherd’s Facebook page for comments on each reading.

You can download the schedule of readings here: http://www.goodbookclub.org/readings/. We’ll also have them available in print form at the church beginning Epiphany Sunday! And, you’re welcome to poke around The Good Book Club’s website for other resources, to see a video invitation from Presiding Bishop Michael Curry, and to sign up for their weekly updates.
