Weekly E-News and Sunday Bulletin: 5 pm on Tuesdays to be included in either that week’s weekly E-News distribution and/or the Sunday Bulletin. For announcements that you wish to have run more than once, please include the dates you’d like to have it run. Please limit your notice to 50-60 words. Announcements can be published up to three times. Submit via form to the right.

Hallway poster or info cards: 14 days prior to when you want the poster displayed or the cards available. Submit via form to the right.

Social Media event posts: 14 days prior to when you want the post to appear. Submit via form to the right.

Website: Website corrections and additions will be made as soon as possible. Event listings may take up to 14 days between submission and execution. Submit via form to the right.

Sunday Bulletin Inserts: 14 days prior to when you want the insert to appear. Bulletin inserts are available on a limited basis, based on the need of the event. We don’t want to end up with weekly inserts, so we reserve this vehicle for events that would benefit from this extra coverage.

In-service announcements: 5 pm Wednesday to be included in the Sunday service. Contact Fr. Gary directly with your request.
