Spiritual Opportunities & Resources for the season

The season of Lent is the 40 day period between Ash Wednesday (March 2, 2022) and Easter Sunday (April 17, 2022). It is a season of reflection and mindfulness, and a time to prepare our hearts for the celebration of Jesus’ resurrection on Easter. By observing the season of Lent, we replicate Jesus Christ's sacrifice and withdrawal into the desert for 40 days. Many take on a Lenten discipline by either giving up something or taking on something else in an effort to be more prayerful or more conscious of the things that distract us from God. Below you will find several opportunities to help guide you through the season.
